How do I put my business name on the PDF?
In ChatGPT, open JobPaper’s plugin settings and fill in Business name and Phone. Add a logo with the Logo button.

How do I change a price?
Tap the line in the panel, change the price, and tap Done. Totals update right away.

How do I make a change order?
Say “change order for the Henderson job — they added a heated floor,” or open the saved estimate file and tap Make a change order. The original total comes from the estimate file.

Where are my documents saved?
As small files in your ChatGPT conversation (.est.json, .co.json, .rpt.json). PDFs download to your device.

A photo didn’t show up.
Tap the placeholder to retry. Only photos you attach in the chat can be used.

How do I delete my settings?
Clear them in JobPaper’s settings, or email us and we’ll delete them.
